File Transfer is an app specifically designed for Wear OS devices. It operates in standalone mode, eliminating the need for additional software to send and receive data between devices such as smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

Sending a file from a smartwatch:

1. (On the smartwatch) Navigate to the App Menu → Initiate edit mode
2. (On the smartwatch) Check the box next to the file name
3. (On the smartwatch) Access the App menu → Share
4. (On the smartwatch) Choose the recipient from the list
5. (On the smartphone) Accept the incoming file
6. (On the smartphone) Navigate to the Download folder to access the file

Receiving a file on a smartwatch:

1. (On the smartwatch) Go to the App Menu → Set device visibility
2. (On the smartphone) Use any file browser app → Share → Bluetooth
3. (On the smartphone) Select the smartwatch from the list. If not visible, click SCAN/STOP (repeat 2-3 times if necessary)
4. (On the smartwatch) Accept the incoming file
5. (On the smartwatch) Find and view the received file in the Downloads folder
